Metro North Property Owners’ Protection Scheme
On Wednesday 14th January the RPA wrote to a number of property owners inviting them to sign up to a Property Owners’ Protection Scheme.
While RfR welcome the introduction of a Property Owners’ Protection Scheme in relation to Metro North we are concerned about the timing of this request i.e. in advance of the oral hearings.
We have accordingly have referred the matter to our solicitor.
RfR will inform you as soon as this advice becomes available.
