Property Owners’ Protection Scheme

On Wednesday 14th January the RPA wrote to a number of property owners inviting them to sign up to a Property Owners’ Protection Scheme.
However RfR have learnt that when asked to supply policy documents or scheme details the RPA was unable to do so.
RfR have asked our Public Representatives to contact the RPA on behalf of residents and seek details of this scheme, and if unavailable, to seek clarification as to why residents have been asked to sign up to a "Scheme" despite the details of the "Scheme" being unavailable for examination.
