UPDATE - 19/10/2009
An Bord Pleanála request the RPA to publish and make available further information in relation to Metro North by the 19th October 2009
An Bord Pleanala considers that the further information furnished to it by the RPA contains such significant additional information to the extent that they now require the RPA to make this information available to the public. We have requested that hard copies of the information be placed in Millmount Library.
Please note that the public will now have the right to make submissions in writing to the Board during a 28 day period details of which should appear in the RPA newspaper notifications.
RfR would like to encourage all affected parties to make such submissions even if they have not done so before.
